During the СМАS 1* course we will make 5 dives to a depth of 3-10 m including 1 final dive between 12-18 m.
After finishing the СМАS 1* course you will:
- use different systems of diving equipment
- handle and know how to look after of diving equipment
- read and control the work of diving equipment
- understand and observe the reactions of your body, be able to control them
- have a basic information about diving illnesses and causes of their occurrence
- know the diving rules and regulations
We will also analyze the most common mistakes of novice divers.
Having the certificate СМАS 1*, in the future you may dive accompanied not only by a diving instructor, but also by a diver who has СМАС 3*
